new beginnings

Wow, there are so many amazing and talented people out there. The process of shopping around and checking out what creative people are doing out there has been really fun and I'm loving that it's part of my job!
I went to the Circle Craft show, the One Of A Kind show as well as a bunch of smaller shows in local community centres and venues and have piles of inspiration and ideas. There are so many great local artisans who are creating fantastic stuff out of earth-friendly, recycled, reclaimed or rescued from the 'destined for the land fill' pile.
I am continuously blown away by the extent of imagination and talent that I see.
My site is nearly done and now my big job will be to get all my product up there for everyone to browse through. Sometimes I wish I could spend all my days just making 'stuff' but then, that would probably make it a chore eventually I guess.
It's exciting and I'm so thankful that so many people are supportive and excited along with me. Thanks a million (you know who you are).
